chore(release): v0.4.15 — the app can finally tell you it is out of date
Carries the two AGE-110 mechanisms: the in-app update check (#179) and the first release whose tag push publishes straight to Play production (#177). Co-Authored-By: Paperclip <noreply@paperclip.ing>

v0.4.14 — Quieter, more useful crash reporting
v0.4.15 — The app now tells you when a new version is out
Connection problems on your own network are no longer filed as crash reports, and a repeating error is now reported once instead of hundreds of times. Real crashes are still reported in full, so genuine problems still get fixed.
If you installed OpenCode from a downloaded APK, F-Droid or a mirror, there was no way to find out that a newer version existed. The app now checks once a day and shows a small banner you can dismiss. Settings also shows the version you are actually running instead of a placeholder.
