v0.4.3 — reliability fixes

- Fixed sessions becoming invisible: create, list, and resume now share one directory scope (#10)
- Fixed creating a session in a custom directory using the server's directory instead of stray input
- Fixed spurious error flash and refreshing the wrong session when a send failed
