a750e1b080 growth: qualify 8 founding-member leads + outreach draft (#154) 
* growth: qualify 8 founding-member leads + draft outreach; park Stripe test key as founder-gated

Leads qualified from real repo engagement (issues, PRs, forks, stars), ranked
by purchase intent, each with contact channel and fit rationale. Outreach
message drafted with per-lead hooks and send rules.

Blocked on: Bitwarden Secure Note STRIPE_TEST_SECRET_KEY (folder opencode-mobile).
Vault only has OpenClawBot - STRIPE_SECRET_KEY which is sk_live_ and off-limits.

* docs(memory): log founding-member qualification and Stripe blocker

73656c783d retro: document 2026-06-23 sessions false-fixes + CF detour lessons 
Key entries:
- Vacuous CUA test goal ('empty is fine') enabled 3x false 'fixed' reports
- Cloudflare 2h detour: wrong zone ID + 20+ repeated DOM failures
- task_complete gate: real-channel verification required
- Overhead sequencing: reproduce before document
- Regression guards must run before model-dependent phases

108260cec7 release: bump versionCode 5->6 for v0.4.4 + add changelog 6.txt 
v0.4.3 already shipped as versionCode 5; a duplicate code would be rejected by Play and ignored by F-Droid. Bump to 6 unblocks the v0.4.4 release. QA gate passed (units + on-device E2E + visual render check screenshots in docs/qa/render-check/).

b0aaddf263 refactor(readiness-check): port check.sh → check.ts (native Node 26, fetch+JSON, no curl/jq/python3) 
Easier to maintain in this TS repo: typed gate definitions, native fetch/JSON
(drops the fragile jq/python3/grep branches), runs via `node check.ts` with no build/deps.

- app/session/[id].tsx: chat empty-state rendered mirrored on Android (inverted FlatList) — now an untransformed overlay
- app/connection/add.tsx: shortened clipped host placeholder
- .agents/skills/readiness-check: production-readiness gate (Play+F-Droid published, app+site health)
- docs/privacy: back-nav + canonical/theme-color/description meta
Verified: tsc clean, CUA smoke green (run 26814702062)

7ea41216c8 feat(release): add keystore setup + Play Store deployment guide 
- Generated PKCS12 keystore (production-release.jks, alias: upload)
- Updated GitHub secrets: KEYSTORE_BASE64/PASSWORD/KEY_ALIAS/KEY_PASSWORD
- Added keystores/ to .gitignore
- Added distribution/PLAY_CONSOLE_SETUP.md: step-by-step guide to
  create GCP service account, link to Play Console, first manual
  upload, and configure PLAY_STORE_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_JSON secret
- Installed android-playstore-setup skills (sub-skills)
