docs(tasks): rebrand-cc-agentlabs ownership audit trail

success/design/verify/decisions/worklog for the package rename slice.
Rename verified: build green + runtime launch of cc.agentlabs.opencode.
CUA session goal blocked by env (no opencode server in CI) -> issue #15.

+- CUA Smoke Test 26683001488 => failure: "goal not reached: open a session and send a message". Pre-existing (run 26563595855 same failure pre-rebrand). Cause: no opencode server reachable from CI. Tracked in issue #15 (https://github.com/dzianisv/opencode-mobile/issues/15).
